At The Bag Master, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).

It must have all the original tags attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Items on Sale or purchased during a promotion.

Items that show visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if:

The item is defective or damaged.

You received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a fix.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), The Bag Master will cover the shipping costs.

For all other returns (change of mind, etc.), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be refunded via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5-7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
