1. Nationwide Delivery

We offer shipping all over Pakistan. No matter where you are—from Karachi to Khyber—we ensure your order reaches you safely.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Regions: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or carrier delays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your peace of mind and convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery services throughout Pakistan. Pay for your order only when it reaches your doorstep.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey through our courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Protocol

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

  • If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, our team will contact you to arrange a re-shipment.

7. Incorrect Address

The Bag Master is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details (House number, Street, Area, and Phone Number) during checkout.
